"The PHYSICIST"
Michael Orgill MSci (Hons) MIET MInstP
The University of Birmingham, UK

Hi, I’m Michael Orgill. I’m a 25-year-old Master's graduate of Theoretical Physics from the University of Birmingham, now turned Engineer and STEM Educator, and a practising industry user of my skills in Maths, Physics, Computer Science and foreign languages.
I work full-time in the automotive industry as an Autonomous Vehicles Project Engineer (testing self-driving cars!). I have been tutoring alongside my work and studies for over seven years now; a very rewarding way to spend evenings after work.

I'm passionate about mentoring our next generation of great thinkers and problem solvers, and I love bringing the subjects that I tutor to life through a lens looking out into the real-world.

Outside of work, I’m a keen polyglot, I have my Black Belt in Karate, I hold a Private Pilot's Licence PPL(A), I play the piano, and I enjoy Snooker and the Formula 1.
