If you need to reschedule or to cancel an existing booking, please email your tutor directly. Subject to Terms and Conditions. Please do not use this contact page to tell us that you can't attend an upcoming lesson, or to submit a rescheduling or cancellation request.

We're always here to help, to answer any questions, or to resolve your queries. Please bear in mind that we're a small, family-run partnership, so whilst we will always try to get back to you ASAP, at peak times of the year we might be a bit busier than usual!
