Terms and Conditions

By signing up to this course, you agree to commit to the price and duration of the course in full. Spaces are limited to 32 in the September intake, split over four classes of eight, named: Octopus, Orca, Dolphin and Turtle, respectively. You must secure your place on the course by paying a non-refundable deposit of £45.00 online via our website. The deposit amount will cover September's and October's lessons. Simply add the course to your basket, and proceed through our secure Checkout. If you have a discount code, you can enter it before making your purchase. The discount code will apply to the total price of your course, including your deposit amount. Those who secure a place on the course will receive joining instructions by email the week prior to the course's commencement (no later than 20th September). You must have access to the Zoom platform (which comes at no cost), either via their dedicated desktop application, or via their website and your Internet browser. Gill Learning takes no liability for your usage of third party software, including but not limited to hardware compatibility issues. The remainder of the course price (less your deposit amount) must be paid monthly over the course of nine consecutive months. Course attendees (or their parents/guardians) will receive an invoice for £55.00 each month from November 2024 to July 2025 inclusive, adjusted to reflect any discount codes used if applicable. The invoice amount must be paid to Gill Learning via Bank Transfer no later than the first Monday of the month in question (except where that Monday is a UK Bank Holiday, in which case the due date becomes the first Tuesday of the month). Each invoice will detail Gill Learning's bank account information for the purposes of you making payment. In cases of non-payment of an invoice by the due date, Gill Learning reserves the right to remove students from the course with immediate effect. In the unlikely event that your chosen class should permanently drop below four students, Gill Learning reserves the right to adjust that class's lesson timetable, including the option to combine classes together / re-assign students to other classes in the same course. We will never assign more than eight students to a single class, and you will always be delivered the course in full. Our standard Terms and Conditions apply. A copy of Gill Learning's full Ts & Cs can be downloaded from the footer of any page on our website, including this one. Many thanks.
